ENGINEERING

• Accredited BS or MS Engineering Degree
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Certified Intern Engineer (EIT)

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND MANAGEMENT

• Work experience as a construction inspector
• Knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Administrative skills
• Understanding of civil engineering construction

ASSET MANAGEMENT/GIS

• GIS Analyst
• Experience using ESRI software
• Detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with relational and spatial databases preferred


• Software Developer
• Microsoft Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic .Net
• Ability to design and manipulate multiple database platforms (Oracle, SQL, Access)
• Experience programming with ESRI's ArcObjects preferred
