CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION

• Provide Full Time Resident Field Representative with Diversified Construction Experience
• Monitor Contractor's and Subcontractor's Daily Construction Activities
• Management of All Field Representatives by Construction Service Adminstrators
• Communication with Owner and Owner's Representatives
• Maintain Current Construction Record Drawings
• Prepare Daily Construction Reports
• Review Contractor's Shop Drawing Submittals
• Evaluate Contractor's Application for Payment
• Coordinate and/or Conduct Contractor and Owner Monthly Construction Progress Meeting
• Monitor Construction Schedule, Delays, and Time

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

• Consent Decree Program Management
• Construction Master Scheduling and Planning
• Project Design and Construction Cost Monitoring
• Project Data Collection and Reporting
• Develop Monthly and Quarterly Reports
• Deliver Correspondence to Local, State and Federal Agencies as Needed
• Coordinate and/or Conduct Monthly Program Management and Action Item Meetings
• Develop and Update Material for Owner's Representatives and Consulting Engineers
